We aim to dispatch orders with 2 workings days We post orders using Royal Mail for UK customers and Royal Mail Airmail or UPS to overseas customers. UK customers will typically receive their orders in 2-4 working days, European customers 5-10 working days and the rest of the world 7-12 working days. Deliveries may take longer to arrive during busy periods, such as Christmas, Bank Holidays and when we are at shows and we appreciate your patience.

Please note that shipping transit times do not include order processing/packaging which can be various for different items. Usually, orders take 1-3 business days to be processed.

Additional Details

• P.O. Box addresses are not eligible for expedited shipping.
• We are not responsible for carrier delays due to exceptions as determined by the carrier or due to delays by fault of the carrier. We are unable to offer shipping refunds in these occurrences. This applies to all shipping methods including expedited shipping.
• Any special services requested for delivery are not included in free shipping and will be quoted separately.
• Any shipment that is undeliverable to the customer is considered a return and will have the returned shipping cost deducted from the refund.
• Any packages that are refused by the customer will have a charge of £15 per package in addition to return freight.

• Orders for items that are backordered, re-prints or out of stock may take longer to ship depending on availability.
